• Fresher’s 2019 can also apply (MCA, M.Com, M.Sc, MBA etc)
• Language: Excellent communication in English.
• Experience within a customer service environment preferred.
• Work Experience – 0-5 years (Max).
• Immediate Joiners are preferred ( Max Notice Period 15 days)
• Excellent in written and spoken English
• Proficient in offering phone-based support to USA.
• Flexible to work in night shifts

Job Description:

• For Technical Support Engineer to provide resolution to our customers. You will diagnose and troubleshoot software and applications related issues.
• Troubleshooting network related problems and diagnosing and solving software issues.
• Providing support, including procedural documentation and documenting relevant reports
• Handle inbound queries pertaining to the network & application issues.
